These terms apply to your use of d2kfenceandlandscape.com and the online tools we provide, operated by D2K Fence & Landscape LLC (PA HIC #PA111487), 2436 Grandview Rd, Hanover, PA 17331. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Estimates and pricing are not final until signed

Prices shown by the instant quote designer and other online tools are budgetary estimates generated from the information you enter. They are not offers and are not binding. Final pricing depends on a site visit, verified measurements, grade and access conditions, material availability and current supplier pricing. A price becomes binding only in a written estimate or contract signed by you and D2K. Written estimates expire 30 days after they are issued unless we state otherwise.

Fence visualizer and design tools

The AI fence visualizer produces concept images only. Rendered products, colors, heights, spacing and layout are illustrative and will not match the finished installation exactly. Layout drawings and measurements you create are estimates until confirmed on site by D2K.

Your responsibilities

Information you submit must be accurate and must relate to property you own or are authorized to act for. You are responsible for HOA or architectural-committee approvals, for accurate property-line and easement information, and for marking private lines such as irrigation, invisible fence, septic, drainage and low-voltage lighting, which public utility locates do not cover. Permit and utility-locate handling is described in your contract.

Scheduling, work and warranty

Installation dates are targets and can move with weather, permit timing, utility locates and material lead times. Workmanship, deposits, balances, change orders, cancellation and restocking terms are governed by your signed estimate, contract and change orders, which control if anything here conflicts with them. Warranty coverage is described on our warranty page and in your contract.

Payments

Deposits and balances can be paid online through our payment provider. Card payments may carry a processing surcharge, which is shown before you confirm. You authorize the amount displayed at checkout. Refunds, if any, follow the cancellation terms in your signed contract.

Customer portal and team accounts

Portal and staff logins are for the person they were issued to. Keep credentials confidential and tell us right away if you believe an account has been misused. We may suspend access for misuse or attempted unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or interfere with the site or its tools, and do not upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

Content and photos you upload

You keep ownership of photos and documents you upload. You grant D2K permission to use them to prepare estimates, perform the work and document the project. Publication of finished-project photos is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

Text, photography, drawings, logos and layouts on this site belong to D2K or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.

No warranty on site content; limitation of liability

The site and its tools are provided "as is". We do not warrant that content, estimates or availability will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, D2K is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed contract or rights you have under Pennsylvania consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with venue in York or Adams County, Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
