Typical timeline: about 4–6 weeks from cleared deposit
Most fence projects install roughly four to six weeks after your deposit clears. That window is not padding — it's permits, material lead times and utility locates happening in sequence.
Step by step
You can follow every one of these steps in your own project portal, which updates as we check items off.
- Deposit received and cleared
- Permit filed when your municipality requires one
- HOA approval, if applicable
- Materials ordered, then received at our shop
- PA One Call (811) utility locates filed
- Install date scheduled and emailed to you
- Installation and site cleanup
- Final walkthrough and final payment
Weather and rescheduling
Frozen or saturated ground can push a date. If that happens we reschedule and email you the new date automatically, so you're never guessing.
